Job Responsibilities and Requirements

We have several roles available in our warehouse, each with its unique responsibilities and requirements. Below, you will find detailed information about each position:

• Warehouse Associate – Overnights:
  • Unload shipments from suppliers, verifying order accuracy
  • Load trailers with product for delivery to branches
  • Manage stock and inventory control
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Frequently move packages weighing up to 70 lbs
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Warehouse Clerk – Overnights:
  • Assist with receiving inventory from vendors and creating bill of lading for carriers
  • Assign work to transfers and receiving staff
  • Create distribution orders within the Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Communicate key metrics to management and warehouse staff
  • Work with corporate buyers to ensure purchase order accuracy
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Order entry, administrative, and warehouse experience a plus
  • Microsoft Office experience preferred
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Warehouse Management Trainee – Overnights:
  • Master Uline's inbound and outbound warehouse manager operations through an 18-month Rotational Management Program
  • Participate in hands-on UPS, Freight, Returns, Receiving, Restock, Parcels, LTL, Slotting, Transfers, Velocity, Inventory Control, QC, and Maintenance department training
  • Develop Warehouse Management skills by leading and motivating others
  • Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications throughout overnight warehouse job rotations
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced overnight warehouse manager environment
  • High-energy, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with strong attention to detail
  • Willing to relocate (with support) to another Uline warehouse location as needed
