**What You'll Do**
As a Remote Customer Service Agent – Auto Dealer Support, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional service to automotive dealerships over the phone, via email, chat, and other communication channels
* Utilizing your computer skills to research requests related to profile assistance, track vehicle shipments, and assist with car warranties
* Escalating critical orders and offering timely and accurate solutions to customers
* Maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude, even in high-pressure situations
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction
**Skills For Success**

* Excellent computer, typing, and phone skills
* Proficiency in speaking and typing simultaneously
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to act as a consultant and resolve customer issues
* A solid work ethic, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail
**Eligibility Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
* Have at least two years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel, or similar environment
* Be available to work during the scheduled hours of operation, with a reliable schedule and minimal absences
* Be a resident of Michigan, with high-speed internet access at home and a secluded, distraction-free work environment
**Schedule**
As a Remote Customer Service Agent – Auto Dealer Support, you'll work a flexible schedule that includes:
* Training (first five weeks): 8 hours/day, Monday-Friday, 8am-5:30pm Eastern time
* Hands-on calls (next four weeks): 8am-8pm Eastern time, Monday-Friday
* Work schedule: 8am-8pm Eastern time, Monday-Friday, with no weekends
**Nice to Have**
While not required, a degree in a relevant or related field, or experience in the automotive industry, would be a valuable asset in this role.
**Remote Work Requirements**

* High-speed internet access at home, connected via Ethernet or landline
