Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a remote position. As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for working cross-functionally with various teams across the organization to improve current data management processes and develop new ones. You will also be responsible for supporting business relationships with existing and new data item/service clients, participating in administrative or legal reviews with data analysis as a subject matter expert, and working in a grid climate to provide shared responsibility to drug manufacturer associations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work together with cross-functional teams and groups both internal and external across WBA, including but not limited to, Pharmacy, Retail, FOS, to improve current data management items, development, objectives, cycles, and support various division drives.
  • Lay out continuous improvement of data administration and management processes across the organization, working together with various line of businesses to strengthen data management items.
  • Give Retail Strategy group contract organization processes and analysis to ensure execution and management of the business terms to include core analysis related to drug manufacturer's service arrangements.
  • Support business relationships with existing and new data item/service clients by acting as an information SME and working together with different internal groups, including IT.
  • Participate in or add to administrative or legal reviews with data analysis as a SME.
  • Participate in RFP responses and Explanations of Work (SOW) for new agreements as a SME.
  • Work in a grid climate to give shared responsibility to drug manufacturer associations with Buying, Public Record Management, and Specialty Pharmacy, Payer, and Health frameworks.
  • Oversee channel section business and benefit actually.
  • Create and maintain major areas of strength with connections while imparting Walgreens needs in regards to drugs, trade, specialty, program/item advancement, account management, and clinical services.
  • Responsible for a cross-functional influential position across Walgreens to make view and cooperative energies to include but not limited to, Pharmacy Services, Store Operations, and Specialty.
  • Uphold new business development by giving project plan and interaction details to make recommendations for new services as well as reporting/insightful abilities.
  • Exhort on different data management activities and drives (current or future) to ensure that any data-related changes and conditions are identified, communicated, recorded, and figured out how to guarantee adherence with the organizational requirements and Enterprise Data Management established standards.
  • Mentor, tutor, and develop employees through direction, training, and execution management projects to build employee confidence, motivation, and loyalty.
  • Lead Delivery and support of the current and new Analysis items including but not limited to Advances as a team with external vendors to give information and experiences to Pharma, Payer, Health Framework partners.
  • Define and partner intimately with IT group to create and screen measurements that influences current organizational data delivery services and analysis items.
  • Work within organizational rules concerning policies, programs, procedures, budgets, and appropriate regulations.
  • Guarantee the development and execution of approved manufacturer partner services are consistent with overall procedure.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with the following qualifications:

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience working with both internal and external assets to develop systems that meet office and company objectives within budget and established timelines.
  • Experience in identifying service/functional issues and prescribing and implementing procedures to resolve issues.
  • Experience with project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to achieve the successful completion of specific project objectives and goals).
  • Experience in program organization and analysis of manufacturer programs for Specialty Pharmacy services.
  • At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace.
  • At least 2 years of direct management, indirect management, and/or cross-functional team leadership.
  • Able to work up to/no less than 20% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience working with data management systems and software.
  • Experience working with external vendors and partners.
  • Experience with project management software and tools.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
