Job Summary

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and organized Virtual Assistant and Support Specialist who can provide top-notch assistance to our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and tracking sales and marketing activities, ensuring seamless communication with customers, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our company. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and updating supplier, sales, and customer records to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Keeping track of the sales team's communication with customers, including emails, phone calls, and meetings
  • Supporting the preparation and filing of sales contracts and agreements, ensuring timely and accurate completion
  • Conducting research for potential sales leads and pitches, identifying new business opportunities and providing valuable insights to the sales team
  • Assisting with lead and account management, including data entry and reporting from our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, Hubspot
  • Coordinating trade show planning and management, ensuring successful event execution and maximum ROI
  • Performing other related duties as requested, including administrative tasks, data analysis, and special projects

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should have:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of administrative experience, preferably in sales support administration or a similar role
  • Demonstrable experience with data entry and reporting from CRM systems, such as Hubspot
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office package, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling emails, reports, and presentations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of design and engineering principles, including product development, prototyping, and testing
