Job Title: Full Stack Web Developer (Remote, Long-Term Contract) - NOT INTERESTED IN AN AGENCY, MUST BE AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Web Developer to join our distributed development team. You will work across multiple web properties built in WordPress (PHP/MySQL) and React (Next.js) environments. This is a fully remote position, and you may work primarily in your local time zone — however, at least 15 hours per week must overlap with 8:30am–3:30pm CST (typically morning hours). Position Details: Long-term, ongoing contract position Up to 40 hours per week available All tasks are managed through Monday.com Background time tracking software runs to log hours and project allocation You’ll collaborate with a small, high-performing dev team working across multiple sites and systems Core Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and optimize multiple WordPress and React/Next.js sites Work with APIs, webhooks, and custom scripts to connect systems and automate data flows (e.g., HubSpot integrations) Implement backend logic and database operations (PHP, MySQL, Node.js) Build and maintain front-end interfaces and reusable UI components Troubleshoot and debug across environments and browsers Collaborate with other developers on version control, deployments, and QA Requirements: Strong experience in WordPress development, including custom plugins, REST API work, and backend performance optimization Solid understanding of React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS Experience integrating APIs and building automation pipelines (webhooks, HubSpot, third-party connections, etc.) Comfortable switching between front-end and back-end tasks quickly Excellent English communication (written and verbal) Ability to work efficiently, adapt to shifting priorities, and deliver on deadlines Preferred Skills: Experience with HubSpot, Google Apps Script, or custom API connectors Familiarity with AWS, Vercel, or WP Engine hosting Strong grasp of Git and modern deployment workflows Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
