Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound calls and engage in outbound calling to members, addressing their queries, and providing support
  • Schedule consultations and conduct discussions with union members to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Utilize basic computer knowledge to navigate our systems, complete paperwork, and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure our services meet the highest standards

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess exceptional verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals and teams. You should have a positive and beneficial mindset, with fantastic energy, and be able to maintain good customer relationships. Previous experience in customer service and/or consumer sales is preferred, although not essential. You should be a team player, able to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff, and be legally licensed to operate in the US/Canada/UK.
