- Accurately document call content in real-time, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
- Provide personalized support to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolve customer complaints
Schedule and Training
The schedule for this role includes:
- Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
- Rotating holidays as needed, ensuring our customers receive uninterrupted support

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be a New York State resident, with a strong understanding of the local community and its needs
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and communication
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Be proficient in using computer systems, software, and technology to document customer interactions and resolve issues
