About the Role

As a Customer Sales and Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer experiences that leave a lasting impression. With your superior sales and customer service skills, and a passion for technology, you'll be the go-to person for customers who rely on us for their connectivity needs. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where no two calls are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to requests about installation, disconnection, or changes to service.
  • Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening, utilizing your knowledge of blithequark's products and services to effectively service and retain customers.
  • Identify customer needs and proactively offer blithequark's products and services to meet monthly sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues.
  • Respond to requests from customers about blithequark products and services.
  • Verify service order accuracy and completeness and make corrections/changes as needed.
  • Negotiate the collection of overdue bills.
  • Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business.
  • Manage various systems and work tools while engaging on the phone with customers.

We're looking for a true consultative salesperson who is energized by meeting sales goals and building relationships with customers. You take a deep interest in learning about your customers, their business challenges, and industry trends. You're a master of empathy and communication, able to diffuse sensitive situations and provide exceptional customer service. You're driven to meet your daily sales goals while helping our customers stay connected to what matters most.

Essential Qualifications

  • Customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with detail and precision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Related Associate Degree or 2+ years' relevant experience.
  • Customer Service call center experience.
  • Previous collections experience.
  • Experience with selling products and services.

If you're hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $579.50 and $1,718.00 weekly based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive-based position with the potential to earn more.
