Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Virtual Scheduling and Customer Service Agent to join our team, working in a fast-paced, technology-rich environment. As a Perceptionist, you will be responsible for answering calls, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers. This is a work-from-home position, requiring you to have your own computer and a reliable internet connection. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 4 years of sales or customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals, with a strong focus on sales and customer service excellence
  • Strong PC and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems
  • Office experience in industries such as home inspection, carpet cleaning, maid service, or handyman is a plus
