Key Responsibilities
As a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing inbound calls, emails, or live chats from customers
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
- Meeting personal and customer service team targets and call-handling quotas
- Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Your Qualifications
To be successful as a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need:
- Fluent Dutch language skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Good level of English language skills
- Strong focus on customer needs and understanding of how customers can behave
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills
- Strong written skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
