About the Role

As a Customer Service Support Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving patient inquiries, and providing solutions to challenging billing issues. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries.
  • Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring a smooth and efficient billing process.
  • Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating expertise and knowledge of our services and policies.
  • Maintain performance goals and strive for excellence in customer service, quality, and productivity.
  • Become proficient with our processes and systems after completing a structured training program, ensuring a seamless transition into the role.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed as a Customer Service Support Representative at blithequark, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous medical and/or call center experience, which is highly desirable.
  • A dedicated work-from-home space with a reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps download speed) and the ability to connect equipment to a router/modem with an Ethernet cord.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work independently, manage time and tasks effectively, and maintain productivity in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple computer screens and applications, with alpha-numeric data entry skills.
  • Attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to perform successfully in a team environment.
