Job Overview:
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Workwarp, a leading premium Hemp and Alternative Products company. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing partners, identifying new sales leads, and developing actionable business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize telephone, email, and internet contact to foster strong connections with partners and clients
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new sales opportunities
- Identify, qualify, and follow up on new sales leads to expand our customer base
- Build and manage a sales pipeline to forecast sales revenue and achieve targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as an Inside Sales Executive or similar role
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
- In-depth understanding of sales administration processes
- Excellent interpersonal, team management, and communication skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Numerical abilities and a results-driven attitude
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: £11,798.56 - £30,000.00 per month
- Full-time remote work opportunity
- Monday to Friday schedule with night shift and US shift requirements
