Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level issues, utilizing excellent decision-making skills and innovation.
 - Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
 - Support policyholders with policy changes, providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary to meet their needs.
 - Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
 
Qualifications and Skills: Becoming a Part of the blithequark Team
We're looking for fearless individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of resolving customer issues effectively.
 - To be at least 18 years old and a High School Graduate or GED holder.
 - The ability to type at least 25 words per minute and be comfortable with desktop computer systems.
 - Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
 - Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions.
 - Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
 - Proficiency in using Windows operating systems and organization and work prioritization skills.
 
Preferred qualifications include 6 months of Call Center experience and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Work from Home Requirements: Ensuring a Seamless Remote Experience
To work effectively from home, you'll need:
- A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 25.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps.
 - An ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms.
 - A clean and quiet workspace, free from distractions and interruptions.
 - Proof of internet speed will be required as part of the onboarding process.
