As a blithequark employee, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented and diverse team of professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the airline industry. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Quality Control Standards and Guidelines team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends and patterns, and using this information to make recommendations for process improvements that align with the company's goals and objectives. You will work closely with our Quality Control team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for implementing changes. **Responsibilities** The responsibilities of the Quality Control Standards and Guidelines Data Analyst may include, but are not limited to: * Performing and assisting others in the Quality Control group in ideal data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components. * Helping to create and present results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders. * Helping to investigate ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and providing logical answers to enable Senior Leadership to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibilities. * Presenting insights, trends, and potential recommendations by using data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding. * Helping to create and disseminate specific queries to pull and coordinate data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements. * Identifying irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and conveying findings to the team. * Assessing the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors * Ensuring that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision * May perform other work responsibilities as directed by Group Leader. **Requirements** The ideal candidate will have: * An involved ability to collect, organize, analyze large amounts of data with care and accuracy. * The capacity to effectively listen, understand, and communicate ideas and present them in writing, verbally, or presentations delivered to discussions of varying audiences. * The capacity to evaluate business issues, identify valuable opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics. * A working knowledge of Microsoft Office * Knowledge of data visualization tools and capabilities, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase is preferred. * The capacity to grasp the issue, summarize and perform root cause analysis on data, and provide recommendations using logic and reasoning. * Ability to use PowerPoint to build presentations for verbal communications is preferred * Past internship, capstone projects, and research coursework is preferred * Ability to work independently in a team-oriented support/group-based environment * Ability to focus on responsibilities independently and be a self-motivated individual. * Past internship experience in a related field is preferred * Ability to manage sensitive and confidential data appropriately. * Ability to plan and support large business initiatives. **What We Offer** As a blithequark employee, you will have access to a range of benefits and perks, including: * Competitive salary of $28/hour * Free, unlimited space available travel benefits for yourself (assessments and expenses may apply on international travel) * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and a desire to join a dynamic team, please submit your application through our website.
