Job Summary: Customer Care Agent - Phone, Online Chat, and Email Support

We're seeking highly motivated and adventurous Customer Care Agents to join our team. As a full-time Customer Care Agent, you'll work with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email, providing top-notch support and creating raving fans for Blithequark every day. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, think outside the box, and come up with innovative solutions to complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, online chat, and email support, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work independently to solve unique problems and think creatively to come up with new ideas that benefit the company.
  • Collaborate with the customer care team to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback to continuously improve customer experiences.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, promoting Blithequark's products and services to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and informed support to customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or online support environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the lighting industry or a related field.
  • Knowledge of customer service software and technology, such as live chat and email support tools.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as ICSS or HDI.
  • Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
