Position Overview:
As a Field Operations Quote Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to the PSA Service Quality Team by managing and reviewing Labor & Material (L&M) quotes in NxGen or similar service management platforms. Your role is to ensure timely and accurate quote completion and delivery, supporting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Monitor and follow up on technician or mechanic-generated quotes to ensure completion and delivery.
· Collaborate with internal teams to resolve quote-related issues and improve turnaround times.
· Maintain accurate records and documentation of quote status and outcomes.
· Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the team.
Qualifications:
· Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to clarify and resolve misunderstandings effectively.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Word, and Teams; able to track, document, and report efficiently.
· Excellent attention to detail with strong follow-through on tasks and deadlines.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
· Positive, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
