We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Designer to lead the design of our partner enablement platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating top-tier Netflix platform experiences for our global partners. This is a remote-friendly job that offers the flexibility to work from home and set your own schedule, with occasional in-person meetings in Los Gatos or Los Angeles for collaboration and team-building activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise experiences that power Netflix's partner experiences, enabling Netflix to be streamed on any device, anywhere
• Develop design briefs that provide business, design, and engineering clarity for critical drives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, data scientists, tech writers, and business teams to develop and iterate on new concepts and work with product execution
• Identify, analyze, and drive strategic partner initiatives that enable next-generation experiences
• Create applications, tools, and services that enable these experiences and partnerships

Essential Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer (or similar experience) in a B2B or B2B2C space, leading high-impact drives from concept to execution in technical business areas
• Experience working in technical systems, with expertise in reducing complex problems down to the right balance of flexibility, power, and usability
• A strong portfolio that showcases your problem-solving skills and experience designing across products, platforms, and personas
• Experience working with design systems and can identify and extend shared patterns and behaviors
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with complex enterprise systems, data platforms, and technical environments
• Experience driving design strategy for enterprise platform drives (e.g., influencing product direction from the perspective of experience design)
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and execute new concepts and products
