Role Overview: Mobile Product Manager I - Mobile

As a Mobile Product Manager I - Mobile, you'll play a critical role in driving the success of our mobile apps, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and adoption. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product marketing, to develop and execute a product vision and strategy that aligns with our company's overall goals. Your expertise will help us create beautifully crafted software experiences that meet the evolving needs of our Pros.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify market opportunities and contribute to the product vision and strategy, driving customer acquisition and engagement through our mobile apps.
  • Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and competitor analysis, to gather insights and inform product decisions.
  • Analyze product data to size, prioritize, and capitalize on new opportunities, optimizing our mobile app experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and validate solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Support Product Designers by providing design guidance and clear strategic thinking, driving the creation of intuitive and user-friendly mobile app experiences.
  • Partner with Design and Engineering to create wireframes and user flows, ensuring seamless execution of product plans.
  • Work with business teams to refine product positioning, pricing, risk management, and operational needs, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct user testing to validate proposed solutions and gather feedback, iterating on our mobile app experiences to optimize performance.
  • Develop and communicate product roadmaps, sequencing launches for optimal speed and learning, and driving execution across teams.
  • Maintain momentum across teams, delivering rapid post-launch iterations and ensuring continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in mobile product management, with a focus on funnel optimization and/or onboarding experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience using 'growth stack' tools, such as Amplitude, Segment, Braze, and Launch Darkly, to rapidly experiment and measure results.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed to collaborate with our Poland team.
  • Deep understanding of mobile product management and design best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a highly performing product organization, with a proven track record of driving strategic growth.
  • Passionate about user experience and deep customer empathy, with a customer-centric approach to product development.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to think and operate at high and low altitudes, leading multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment, evolving product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Our expected salary range for this role is $96,000-$120,000, with the specific salary determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. We're also committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package, including health care insurance, employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
