About the Role
The Executive Recruiter is responsible for executing the full life cycle of direct hire recruiting for top-tier, mid- to senior-level professional direct hire job orders for a variety of clients. This involves partnering with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs, analyzing hiring needs, determining best recruiting methods, creating, and deploying client and role-specific recruiting strategies. As a subject matter expert on market trends, target industries, and roles, you will develop client accounts and generate new business through candidate and client leads, referrals, and various forms of marketing, building and maintaining a comprehensive candidate pipeline that addresses client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop client accounts and generate new business through candidate and client leads, referrals, and various forms of marketing.
- Partner with clients to analyze hiring needs, determining best recruiting methods, and create and deploy client and role-specific strategic recruiting strategies and client marketing initiatives.
- Stay abreast of leading industry trends and recruiting best practices, building and maintaining subject matter expertise on target industries, clients, and roles.
- Screen resumes and conduct behavioral-based interviews and competency-based evaluations, providing guidance and negotiating fee agreements with clients and completing appropriate correspondence for each placement.
- Nurture continued account development for generating new business, touring clients' offices, and seeking to gain a full understanding of clients' goals and objectives.
- Generate Direct Hire fees per budgeted goals, entering and tracking assignment and candidate data in various tracking and order systems, and creating and executing temporary employee programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with both passive and active candidates, establishing and maintaining a network of industry contacts through participation in professional and trade associations and other professional networking organizations.
- Develop relationships with key clients and business leaders, responding to and addressing a variety of candidate, temporary employee, and client inquiries.
- Complete candidate hiring and onboarding processes in accordance with client and organizational requirements, participating in special projects and performing other duties as assigned.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of three (3) years of experience recruiting top-tier, mid- to senior-level candidates or relevant industry experience. A Bachelor's degree or five (5) years of professional work experience is also required. You should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. A strong focus on client needs, with a commitment to quality and customer service, is essential, as well as the ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Essential Qualifications

- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Customer Relationship Management Systems and/or related tools.
