We're seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Specialist to drive our compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring that our employees receive competitive and equitable rewards for their hard work. This role will be responsible for managing payroll and benefits operations across the U.S. and LATAM regions, administering sales commissions and organizational bonuses, and overseeing employee benefits, including U.S. and LATAM insurance programs.

Role Description

  • Manage payroll and benefits operations across the U.S. and LATAM regions, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Administer biweekly/monthly payroll, process variable compensation, and oversee health and insurance benefits programs.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs to advise employees on compensation and benefits, research new offerings to enhance total rewards, and support compensation reviews, audits, and benchmarking.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS data, resolve employee benefit issues, and ensure timely updates.

Required Skills

  • Administer biweekly/monthly payroll for U.S. FTEs and LATAM contractors.
  • Calculate and process variable compensation, including sales commissions and performance bonuses.
  • Manage benefits programs, including U.S. health, dental, vision insurance, and LATAM health coverage.
  • Provide timely resolution to benefits issues, including claims, eligibility, and reimbursements.
  • Partner with HRBPs to advise employees on benefits and compensation inquiries.
  • Maintain and audit payroll and benefits data in HRIS, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal controls.

Qualifications

  • Direct experience processing LATAM contractor payroll and U.S. FTE payroll.
  • Experience with commission structures and bonus schemes.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Deel.
  • Strong understanding of LATAM health insurance and labor practices.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
