Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of Systems Engineers during overnight shifts, ensuring seamless 24/7/365 service desk operations.
- Establish and maintain positive, effective communication with your team, leadership, and engineers to promote a collaborative work environment.
- Monitor and evaluate the team's performance against set goals and objectives, providing coaching and actionable feedback to enhance individual and team growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance and achieve Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all ticketing, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
- Offer guidance, support, and resources to team members to facilitate their professional development and address any challenges they may face.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within an MSP, service desk, or corporate IT environment, with direct reports.
- A minimum of 5 years of systems engineering experience in an MSP capacity, demonstrating a deep understanding of technology solutions and services.
- Experience working 2nd and 3rd shift schedules, with the ability to adapt to our overnight shift requirements.
- Familiarity with ConnectWise Automate or similar RMM solutions, showcasing your proficiency in managing and automating IT services.
- ITIL Certification is preferred, or equivalent experience in MSP leadership, highlighting your knowledge of IT service management best practices.
