Key Responsibilities
- Placing a high volume of outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments with our automotive partners, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Assisting customers with inquiries about products and services, providing accurate and timely information.
- Delivering high-standard, individualized customer service, building strong relationships and rapport with customers.
- Promoting the interest of customers in the products and services offered by blithequark, identifying opportunities to enhance customer engagement.
- Maintaining and updating our customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Providing regular feedback and insights on the effectiveness of policies and processes within the services and contact center department.
- Performing other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
Essential Qualifications
To excel as a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you will need:
- A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on building relationships and advocating for our partners.
- Flexibility in your schedule, including availability to work evenings and weekends, such as a shift from Sunday to Thursday, 11:30 am - 8:00 pm (CST).
- Adaptability and a willingness to evolve with changing processes and workflows, ensuring continuous improvement in customer experience.
- Availability for regular check-ins with supervisors, being open to feedback and coaching.
- The ability to multitask comfortably, handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously, such as listening, talking, and typing.
- A high-energy approach to making a large number of outbound calls, maintaining a positive and engaging tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and typing skills at 25 WPM or higher.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude, being a great team member with a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications

- Customer service experience, preferably with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
