About the Role

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a talented individual to support our presales marketing and service initiatives as a Qcare Online Chat Specialist. This role is pivotal in introducing end-users to the BenQ brand through product introductions, understanding our brand story, key product features, and most importantly, our customers’ needs to provide the best solutions and communication. As a Qcare Online Chat Specialist, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers, addressing their queries, and ensuring a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster an innovative and customer-centric environment that embodies our "People First" attitude, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and enjoyment.
  • Respond to online chat cases on the BenQ website via the HubSpot platform, providing timely, accurate, and personalized support to our customers.
  • Assimilate and convey the BenQ brand story, key messages, and product features while addressing customer needs, ensuring that our brand values and mission are consistently represented.
  • Develop market strategies with customer insights through data analysis of each segment, contributing to the growth and evolution of our marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the eCommerce Team, Logistics, and Product Managers, to create seamless processes for escalating and resolving customer issues, ensuring a cohesive and efficient customer support system.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to the evolving needs of our organization.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • At least 3 years of experience as an operations/contact center agent, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer support.
  • Experience in responding to social media and email inquiries, with the ability to craft engaging and informative responses that reflect our brand voice.
  • A strong understanding of computer peripherals and hardware, with a comfort level in learning new tools and technologies to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Good knowledge of branding and marketing principles, with the ability to apply this knowledge in developing effective marketing strategies and communicating our brand story.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, resulting in successful new efforts, programs, or services that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in working in a Windows-based environment and web/cloud-based applications, with knowledge of platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce.

Preferred Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, although equivalent experience and a demonstrated ability to perform the responsibilities of the role will also be considered.
