Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled CPA with expertise in Trust and Estates to join our financial services team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive accounting and tax services to high net-worth clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering exceptional client management.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and review tax returns for trusts and estates
• Provide estate planning advice to clients
• Oversee trust administration and compliance with legal requirements
• Conduct financial reporting and analysis for trusts and estates
• Assist in auditing services for estate-related financial statements
• Manage client relationships and provide strategic financial guidance
• Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting trusts and estates
• Identify and mitigate financial risks for clients
• Collaborate with legal teams on estate planning initiatives
• Support wealth management strategies for high net-worth individuals
Qualifications
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in trust and estate accounting
• Strong knowledge of taxation and estate planning laws
• Experience with trust administration and compliance
• Proficient in financial reporting and analysis
• Excellent client management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for trusts and estates
