Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Customer Support representative to join our remote team. As a Social Media Customer Support representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our guests across our social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and more. You will work closely with our customer support team to resolve guest issues, respond to inquiries, and provide timely and effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to guests across social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and more
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure that guest issues are resolved and that our guests receive the highest level of service and support
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Disney's products and services, including Disney+, to effectively address guest inquiries and concerns
- Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze guest interactions and feedback, providing insights to inform future customer support strategies
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure that guest feedback and concerns are addressed and resolved
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on Disney's products and services, as well as emerging trends and technologies in social media and customer support
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Communications, Customer Service, or Marketing
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a social media or online support environment
- Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service and support, with a focus on resolving guest issues and concerns
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and more
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform future customer support strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
- Familiarity with Disney's products and services, including Disney+
- Experience with social media analytics tools and platforms
- Certification in customer service or a related field
