Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:

Qualifications: What We're Looking For

To succeed as a Customer Service Associate at Chewy, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
