Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced, passionate, and humble Customer Success Representative to help us scale to the next level. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in driving customer delight and business growth. This position combines proactive Customer Success and reactive Customer Support, requiring a unique blend of skills and competencies. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Onboarding and Support: Onboard new clients, proactively and reactively address customer issues, and provide exceptional support to ensure seamless integration and optimal product utilization.
  • Real-time Metrics Monitoring: Monitor real-time metrics to maintain healthy call center production, identifying potential issues and taking proactive measures to prevent problems.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to resolve issues, provide updates, and drive business growth.
  • Knowledge Base Management: Help maintain and update our knowledge base, ensuring that customers have access to accurate and relevant information.
  • Data Tracking and Analysis: Track and document customer interactions, analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
  • Escalation and Problem-Solving: Escalate complex issues to senior teams and leadership as needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems and improve processes.

What Sets You Up for Success

Essential Qualifications:

  • 3+ Years of Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a data-heavy, technical-product-focused customer support/success role, with a strong understanding of customer needs and business objectives.
  • Flexible Availability: Flexible and open availability, with a willingness to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Metrics-Savvy: Experience monitoring metrics in real-time, making data-driven decisions, and taking proactive measures to protect business stability and efficiency.
  • Accountable and Independent: A self-directed and motivated individual who takes pride in their work, is invested in their own professional growth, and is committed to driving business results.
  • Tech Savvy: Computer-savvy, with experience using CRM/ticketing systems and other software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Call Center Experience: Previous experience working in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of customer support and success principles.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the customer support and success industry, including trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects and priorities, with a strong ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
