**Key Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Ramp Agent – Customer Service Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Safely loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring timely connections and guiding incoming and departing aircraft from gate positions.
* Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions.
* Operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.
* Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate baggage routing to customers' destinations.
* Collaborating with airport teams to ensure seamless operations and resolving any issues that may arise.
* Maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring that all interactions with customers are professional and courteous.
**Work Environment and Schedule**
As a Ramp Agent, you will work in a fast-paced airport environment, often in harsh weather conditions. Your schedule will be based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight. You will work between 20 and 40 hours per week, depending on your seniority. **What You Need to Succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
* Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
* Have a valid driver's license
* Proficiency in English
* Pass a physical ability test (PAT)
* Ability to wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
* Ability to hold airport-specific requirements, such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal
