As an SMB Acquisition Account Executive, you'll play a critical role in generating new business within our defined territory by showcasing the value of our solutions to potential clients. You'll work closely with our business channel support roles to build strong, sustainable relationships with key decision-makers, establishing yourself as a trusted business advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales activity goals, including appointments set, appointments conducted, and opportunities created, to meet or exceed assigned sales quota.
- Utilize our approved sales process to prospect new business accounts within your defined territory, developing and delivering comprehensive business solution proposals that drive new business growth.
- Conduct customer needs assessment discussions to position our innovative business solutions and overcome customer objections.
- Strategically engage internal and external support partners to position business solutions that add value to new prospective customers.
- Leverage our customer relationship management (CRM) platform to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Build a strong network within the communities we serve to promote brand awareness and identify new business customer prospects.
- Partner with our Business Account Support Specialist to implement, manage, and grow existing business accounts.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or state equivalent.
- 2 or more years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.
- A metrics-driven sales "hunter" mentality, with a professional demeanor, impeccable integrity, and a high sense of urgency.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- The ability to prioritize and manage multiple work efforts simultaneously in a dynamic work environment.
- Advanced business and financial acumen.
- A valid Driver's License and the ability to travel within your territory.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications can give you a competitive edge:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in outside direct sales.
- Experience hunting new logo accounts in a high-paced, high-prospecting environment.
- Experience in the wireless, software, IT, or related telecommunications industry.
What We Offer
At Workwarp, we offer a competitive salary range of $48,400 - $67,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
