- Be patient and compassionate while working as a team player, using all available resources to provide the best outcome to the member.
- Navigate multiple systems efficiently to resolve member inquiries.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance-related industry.
- A verifiable High School diploma or GED.
- Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
