Seeking Reliable Part-Time Virtual Personal Assistant (4-10 hours/week)
About the Role
I'm looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented virtual personal assistant to help streamline my business and personal administrative tasks. This is a remote, part-time position requiring approximately 4-10 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
Email Management: Follow up on emails, maintain inbox organization, and ensure timely responses
Calendar Coordination: Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinate availability across multiple parties
Travel Planning: Research and book flights and hotels, comparing options for best price, value, and timing
Financial Support: Assist with end-of-month invoicing and basic bookkeeping tasks
Document Management: Maintain and organize Google Drive files and Excel documents
Miscellaneous Tasks: Handle various virtual personal and administrative tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and Google Drive/Google Workspace
Communication: Well-versed in professional email etiquette and communication
Personal Qualities:
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask effectively and manage competing priorities
Fast learner who can adapt to new tools and processes
Maintains strict confidentiality with sensitive information
Availability: Weekly scheduling flexibility to accommodate varying workload
