Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6+ years B2B sales experience
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role
- Prior experience in Law Enforcement or the physical security industry is preferred
- Strong understanding of sales and business development principles.
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written), negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
