We are seeking a Manager - Business Consulting PI - TMT - CNS - BC - Finance for our Bangalore location. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of relevant post-MBA experience in consulting or industry, with expertise in outsourcing, sourcing strategy development, and process redesign. The role involves leading client engagements, designing and implementing sourcing models, and advising clients on outsourcing deal setup best practices.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of relevant post-MBA experience in consulting or industry
• Expertise in outsourcing, sourcing strategy development, and process redesign
• In-depth domain knowledge of Technology sector
• Experience in working on finance transformation, business case analysis and planning, Service sourcing, RfP process, Outsourcing/offshoring strategy and setup, Shared service or IT transformation or Design of SLAs, process KPIs and reporting requirements
