Independent Contractor – Work From Home Customer Service Representative
                                Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and dependable Independent Contractors to join our remote customer service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients’ customers, providing exceptional service and support via phone, chat, or email.
Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls and messages in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, billing issues, technical troubleshooting, and general questions
• Accurately document customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary
• Follow company procedures, scripts, and compliance standards
• Maintain a quiet, distraction-free home workspace
Qualifications
• Proven experience in customer service or a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and meeting performance targets
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in using computers, web-based platforms, and CRM systems
• Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection, headset, and computer
• Able to pass a background check if required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $7.50 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
