Remote IT Technician (Help Desk)
We're seeking an experienced IT Technician to join our remote Help Desk team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and assistance to employees and customers, resolving hardware, software, and network issues remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and chat
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Document and track technical issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with IT team to resolve complex issues
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or help desk role
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, hardware, and software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
