Remote Chat Support Representative

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Chat Support Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality support through live chat, assisting customers with their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may encounter. You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, maintaining a positive attitude throughout the interaction.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the support system.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate complex issues as needed.
• Participate in training sessions and stay updated on product changes and promotions.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer support, preferably in a chat support environment.
• Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using chat software, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and general computer applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
The pay range for this role is:
30 - 35 USD per hour(Remote (Tampa, Florida, US))
