AI-Enabled Sales & Outreach Virtual Assistant (Part-Time, with Potential for Full-Time)

Overview We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a fast-growing B2B consulting firm specializing in generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will help drive business development through targeted LinkedIn outreach, research, and engagement, leveraging both AI tools and manual processes. This role starts at 20 hours per week, with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities •LinkedIn Outreach & Research: Manage and refine automated LinkedIn outreach campaigns. Review and qualify new connections, ensuring they fit our ideal client profile. • Content Monitoring & Engagement: Track posts and activity from a curated list of target companies and founders. Summarize key posts daily and draft personalized, value-driven responses using AI tools and brand voice. • AI Prompting & Content Creation: Use tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to generate high-quality, relevant content and engagement prompts. • CRM Management: Update and maintain client and prospect data in HubSpot (initially) and later in a custom Airtable CRM. • Reporting: Provide daily task lists and end-of-day reports to ensure transparency and alignment. • Collaboration: Communicate regularly with the client and team via Slack, Google Chat, or other platforms. Participate in onboarding, training, and regular check-ins. Requirements • Experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for outreach, research, and engagement. • Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) and ability to craft effective prompts. • CRM experience (HubSpot and/or Airtable preferred). • Excellent written English and ability to adapt to a specific brand voice. • Strong research skills and attention to detail. • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently. • Flexible availability with some overlap during US business hours preferred. • High level of trustworthiness (may require access to LinkedIn and other accounts; security best practices will be followed). Nice to Have • Experience supporting B2B consulting or technology firms. • Prior work with generative AI in a business context. • Familiarity with VPNs and account security best practices.
