About the position
Responsibilities
• Introduce small and medium business customers to 5G products and services.
• Engage with customers in retail stores, digitally, and through outbound prospecting.
• Demonstrate the value of Verizon's products and services through end-to-end technology solutions.
• Drive small business results by generating new business through prospecting and networking.
• Grow the customer base by acquiring and retaining accounts in the small business segment.
• Utilize solutions-based selling techniques to address customer business problems.
• Conduct outbound sales prospecting and customer visits.
• Service the needs of the existing customer base.
• Use sales enablement systems and tools to track and manage the sales pipeline.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Three or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel.
Nice-to-haves
• A degree - Associates or Bachelor's Degree or related certifications/college courses.
• Outside sales experience including outbound prospecting.
• Wireless sales experience exceeding quota.
• Experience influencing a team to drive sales results.
• Capability to drive positive results in a team environment.
• Strong people skills for influencing, negotiating, and conflict resolution.
