About the position
Responsibilities
• Provide employee communications and engagement programs.
• Manage executive presentation development for the Network Security Leadership Team.
• Develop and implement high-impact communications and engagement opportunities.
• Create communications to engage employees and connect them via timely events.
• Collaborate with team members to communicate Training Programs for the Network Security Team.
• Establish and drive a multi-channel communications strategy.
• Partner with Corporate Communications to promote Network Security principles.
• Create an Onboarding Program for new Network Security Team Members.
• Create promotional materials and communications for employee engagement events.
• Work with senior leaders to develop strategies linking engagement to strategic goals.
• Develop and establish virtual employee engagement events.
• Identify unique division/location needs while balancing overall engagement strategy.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate and develop a communication strategy with senior leaders.
• Experience designing and hosting employee engagement events.
• Focus on developing executive level Google slides for executive delivery.
• Ability to work with leadership in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Nice-to-haves
• BA/BS in Communications or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in graphic design and use of Poppulo.
• Proficient in Google slides.
• Experience with marketing and business communications.
• Experience writing newsletters, brand development, and internal communications.
