Live Chat & Help Center Setup with Intercom (Pipstone Capital)
We're looking to hire someone to set up Intercom — our live chat and customer support tool — for Pipstone Capital, a funded trading platform.
This includes integrating the Intercom widget on our website, setting up automated chat replies, and building out a Help Center/FAQ section for our clients.
What You'll Do:
Set up Intercom (chat widget, support inbox, automation flows, etc.)
Integrate it with our website (Webflow/WordPress)
Match our brand design and tone
Organize and build the FAQ/help center within Intercom
Add automations to reduce repetitive support queries
Optional: Help format FAQ content (we’ll provide the core material)
Ideal Experience:
You’ve set up Intercom or similar systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Tidio, etc.)
Know how to structure an FAQ for fintech, SaaS, or eCommerce
Bonus: Experience working with prop firms, brokerages, or trading platforms
