Strategy Data Analytics
At American Express, we are looking for a highly talented individual to join our Strategy Data Analytics team. The successful candidate will have a passion for data and an aptitude for critically evaluating business solutions. They will be responsible for developing strategies that will enable us to better understand our customers and optimize their experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, with experience in developing and executing strategic data initiatives. They should have a deep understanding of data mining and predictive modelling, and be well versed in the use of big data technologies and analytical techniques. They should be able to work independently and collaboratively, and be comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.We are looking for a strategic thinker with the ability to think creatively and outside the box. They should be highly organized and have excellent problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic data initiatives to improve customer understanding and optimize their experiences.
Utilize data mining and predictive modelling to identify trends and develop insights.
Utilize big data technologies and analytical techniques to analyze and interpret data.
Collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams to ensure successful implementation of strategies.
Think creatively and outside the box to identify innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
Monitor and assess the performance of data initiatives to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
Quickly adapt to changing requirements and priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
