If you enjoy working in a creative, fast-paced environment, then we would love to hear from you! — Who You Are: As an Associate Category Manager for Michael Kors, you will support the Amazon account and partnership, across all divisions (Accessories, Footwear, Ready to Wear, Men’s, and Licensing) to assist in executing strategies that optimize product assortments and inventory on the site. You will play a key role in managing the operational details for the Amazon business, ensuring the curated assortments by the Michael Kors Merchandising team drive revenue, profit, and inventory turnover. You are detail-oriented, results-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You possess strong organizational and communication skills and are eager to grow your career in e-commerce. This role will report to a Director and provide opportunities to gain exposure to cross-functional teams and strategic business initiatives. What You’ll Do: Assist in preparing and maintaining new-item setup forms in partnership with the Category Manager to ensure accurate product information and timely updates. Manage and track purchase orders in collaboration with the Planning and Customer Service team to ensure timely delivery and inventory alignment. Support market preparation by organizing product information, creating tools for presentations, and compiling necessary data. Support Amazon order execution across various internal tools and systems ensuring accuracy across divisions. Monitor selling performance in Amazon Vendor Central and assist in generating business analyses to identify trends and opportunities for optimizing the assortment. Partner with the Category Manager to ensure the Michael Kors brand vision is upheld within the Amazon Designer Shop, working closely with marketing and creative teams. Track and report on pricing, promotions, and inventory levels to support decision-making and profitability. Support administrative tasks, such as maintaining spreadsheets, organizing reports, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll Need to Have: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. 2-4 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, buying, or sales support. Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with data analysis tools. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of retail math and product lifecycle. Passion for fashion and a strong sense of trends. We’d Love to See: Experience supporting e-commerce accounts, preferably Amazon. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse teams. Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Familiarity with project management tools and practices.
