Job Title: Licensed Real Estate Agents & Brokers – 70/30 Split | Residential, Commercial & Land | Remote | 1099 Contractor Location: Hiring in all 50 U.S. states (You must hold an active real estate license in your state.) Job Summary: As a Licensed Real Estate Agent or Broker at DIG Real Estate, you will play a vital role in guiding clients through buying, selling, and leasing transactions — while managing your business independently under a flexible commission-based structure. Agents will handle their own clients and marketing while optionally receiving support from DIG, including branding, AI-enhanced tools, CRM systems, and leads from our government and investment divisions.
