Description: • PrizePicks is a fast-growing sports company in North America and the leading platform for Daily Fantasy Sports. • The PrizePicks Analytics Team builds and maintains analytical tools and products to support the PrizePicks business, with data at the core. • As Manager, Marketing Data Science, you will lead ML model development and causal inference initiatives to enable better marketing decision-making. • Lead a team of data scientists across retention and acquisition marketing; Oversee development and maintenance of production-grade ML models (CLV, segmentation, media mix modeling, attribution); Manage projects centered around marketing data analysis using causal inference; Mentor junior team members; Ensure deadlines and objectives are met; Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing data science with company goals Requirements: • Proven experience (3+ years) in a people leadership role, managing and growing a team of data scientists in a marketing science / econometrics function • Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, econometrics, statistics, math, computer science, or a related field.
