Household Operations EA (Mandarin writing + English)
Hours: 20–40 hrs/month (expandable)
Coverage: Async-first; PST overlap preferred (1–2 hrs most days)
Location: US, Canada, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore (PST-friendly time zones)
Role
Run my household like a business. Own menu → groceries → chef coordination, personal & medical calendars, online shopping returns, local helper scheduling, and documentation. Operate proactively and autonomously—turn SOPs into working systems, ship weekly improvements, escalate only for decisions.
Key Responsibilities
• Draft weekly menus (Chinese home-style emphasis); brief chefs in written Chinese (AI-assisted OK)
• Manage orders, substitutions, and simple freeze/thaw plans
• Maintain personal & medical calendars (appointments, renewals, reminders)
• Medical liaison (non-clinical): portals, forms, labs, records, authorizations, insurance docs
• Online shopping: returns/credits (labels, pickup/drop, refund verification)
• Coordinate local helpers (cleaning, organizing, repairs) with checklists/photos
• Keep files, receipts, and records current in Drive/Notion (or similar)
Must-haves
• English fluent (C1+); Chinese writing fluent (speaking optional)
• Ops/system mindset (Notion/ClickUp/Airtable)
• Vendor coordination experience
• Privacy-first; NDA-ready
