Personal assistant/ Content creator
We’re looking for a highly organized and creative individual to serve as both a Personal Assistant and Content Creator. This role requires someone who can
manage daily administrative tasks and also create engaging content for social media
and other platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Personal Assistant:
● Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle reminders.
● Organize travel plans, appointments, and errands.
● Handle emails, phone calls, and day-to-day communication.
● Maintain records, files, and contact lists.
● Support in personal and business-related tasks.
As a Content Creator:
● Create social media content (posts, captions, reels, etc.) that aligns with the
brand.
● Assist in planning and executing content strategies.
● Manage social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
● Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.
Requirements
Requirements:
● Strong organizational and communication skills.
● Experience with social media platforms and content tools (e.g., Canva,
Instagram, CapCut).
● Good writing and editing skills.
● Ability to multitask and work independently.
● Trustworthy, proactive, and tech-savvy.
Nice to Have:
● Basic photography or video editing skills.
● Knowledge of social media trends.
● Prior experience in admin or content creation roles.
