Dental Network Recruiter
About the position
Responsibilities
• Strategically identify, recruit, negotiate, and contract dental providers in a geographic area within established guidelines to meet network need
• Build and maintain existing PPO, Extend, DMO, and Medicare Advantage networks in a specific geographic area
• Explain the value in joining the Aetna network and available provider resources
• Research providers/groups using company systems to forecast, predict, and prepare for provider/group communication
• Negotiate fee schedules within established guidelines while being cognizant of utilization and cost
• Contract providers by ensuring all data and documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted properly
• Track assigned duties and activities using the appropriate company resource (i.e. Avaya phone system, Salesforce/CRM, etc.)
• Maintain and build strong business relationships with providers to ensure a positive provider experience
• Meet and or exceed performance goals consistently
• Contribute to a positive working environment that motivates the team to be successful
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in the field or in a related area or Sales/ dental or medical experience
• PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work autonomously from home (remote) and travel 25% of time
