The Information Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our databases and information systems. This role is crucial for ensuring the integrity and accessibility of information that supports our organizational operations. Responsibilities • Accurately input, update, and maintain data in various databases and information systems. • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry. • Identify and correct data discrepancies and errors. • Organize and manage files and documents, ensuring easy retrieval of information. • Assist in generating reports, summaries, and documents based on data analysis. • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments regarding data entry issues and updates. • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies. • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on data entry processes and technologies. • Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred. • Proven experience in data entry or related field is a plus. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Familiarity with data protection regulations and practices is an advantage.
