Role Description This is a remote position. • Schedule: 20 hours/week • Tuesday-Saturday 4 PM - 8 PM PST • Saturday: 10 AM - 2 PM (if possible) • Work consists of 5 days per week on a fixed schedule • No inbound call handling required • All work performed through client's CRM and systems • Social media posting limited to 1-2 times per week • Primary focus on outbound calls and appointment setting • Regular business communication via email using provided templates Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided scripts and CRM system • Schedule appointments and qualify leads through effective phone communication • Follow up with existing contacts and maintain relationships • Update and maintain CRM database with accurate client information • Post provided content on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) • Execute follow-up email communications using provided templates • Track and document all client interactions in the CRM system Requirements • Strong English communication skills, especially over the phone • Previous experience in sales/appointment setting in real estate • Proven ability to handle objections and qualify leads • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills • Experience with social media platforms (posting and scheduling only - contents ready) • Professional and pleasant personality • Ability to work independently and follow processes Benefits • Permanent work from home • Immediate hiring • Steady freelance job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
