                                Description:
• Remote position at ClearDesk, LLC as Real Estate Marketing and Administrative Assistant
• Manage calendars, emails, CRMs, and team communication
• Support real estate transactions and prepare key documents
• Maintain accurate client data and track birthdays, home anniversaries, and milestones
• Create branded marketing materials (flyers, brochures, social media) using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools
• Plan, schedule, and manage social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
• Write and send newsletters featuring listings, updates, and team news
• Collaborate with agents to keep marketing aligned with their brand and goals
• Keep websites and online listings up to date
Requirements:
• You have experience in real estate support, admin, or digital marketing
• You’re confident using CRMs, spreadsheets, and cloud-based tools
• You’re comfortable with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe
• You communicate clearly and professionally
• You’re self-managed, tech-savvy, and thrive in a remote work environment
• You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and love juggling multiple tasks
• You have a strong sense of branding, visual design, and creative writing
